Students and Graduates seeking to enter an increasingly complex and competitive workplace will need every possible advantage to get the best start.

Evidence-based knowledge of self, in terms of behavioural strengths and weaknesses allows people to best adapt their behaviour (within credible bandwidths) to better navigate workplace relationships and challenges.
